# Syrtis

> Syrtis is a Knowledge Operating System that turns a company's diffuse know-how into reliable, governed AI services — sovereign, traceable, and fully owned by the business.

Syrtis helps European SMEs (20 to 500+ employees) hybridise human skills with AI through a full-stack, AI-native platform. Instead of layering AI on top of existing tools, Syrtis rebuilds workflows as hybrid processes where human and algorithmic skills are explicitly articulated. The platform is 100 % European, deployable on-premises, compliance-by-design, and independent of the underlying LLM.
